By creating a Learnovo account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Learnovo.
Learnovo is built for students aged 11–22. If you are under 16, you should have permission from a parent, carer or school. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account.
You keep ownership of the notes and files you upload and of the materials Learnovo generates for you. You give us permission to store and process that content only so we can run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload what you submit.
Learnovo is a study aid. Drafts, summaries and other generated materials are starting points to learn from, not work to submit as your own where that is not allowed. You are responsible for following your institution's rules and for checking the accuracy of anything you use.
Free accounts include a limited number of generations. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you turn renewal off. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices and plan limits may change with notice.
Plans include storage, document and feature limits shown on the Plans page. We may apply reasonable limits to protect the service from unusual or automated usage.
Generated content is produced by AI models and may contain mistakes, omissions or biased phrasing. Learnovo does not guarantee accuracy, and materials are provided for study support only — not as professional, legal, medical or academic advice.
We aim to keep Learnovo available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
You can close your account at any time using the Delete account button at the bottom of your Profile page. We ask you to confirm first, because deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
On confirmation your profile, uploads, generated notes, flashcards, folders, tutor history and sign-in details are permanently removed, and you immediately lose access to Learnovo and to anything you have not already downloaded. Export or download anything you want to keep before you delete.
Deletion is not a refund request. Any paid plan is charged for the current period as normal, and deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of that period. If you want billing to stop, cancel auto-renew on the Plans page before deleting. We keep billing records where the law requires it, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
